Sophie’s Story
“A French national, I have been living all around the world for 20 years, including 12 years in Asia, which not only influenced my life but also profoundly shaped my mindset, enhanced my outlook and more importantly, my spirituality.

This is also where my own personal journey with Yoga started. I have been practicing this lifestyle for over 15 years, up to the moment that I felt ready to embark on a 700 hours Yoga teaching course in Thailand and Rishikesh in India, which was not only an intense and invaluable experience but also a life changing one.”

Pre-wedding yoga for the Bride and for Couples

Getting married is such an exciting and beautiful moment in a couple’s life, but it can also be very stressful, with all the preparation for the wedding adding up to our already busy days. On your wedding day you both want to look amazing, relaxed and joyful.

By providing Pre-Wedding Yoga for couples sessions I aim to provide you with relaxation, detox & fitness. My sessions are bespoke to your needs and you will have my full attention and support all the way. Spending quality time with your future partner and pampering yourselves is essential to help you connect and thus create joyful moments at your wedding that will translate in beautiful lifetime memories.

I teach Hatha (focusing on the physical alignment), Vinyasa (breath synchronized with movement) and Yin Yoga (poses held for a longer period of time).
The Asanas used in my Yoga sessions will benefit your body, mind and soul so that you will feel and look radiant on your wedding day.

Where do I teach and packages available

I will travel to your home within London zone 1&2, bringing my own equipment to you: mats, blocks, straps and everything necessary to carry out our sessions in full comfort.

Single Session for two: £40
8 Sessions for two (recommended): £310
12 Sessions for two: £460
