Bespoke Wedding Stationery Made in Italy

I have always maintained an organic approach to life, even when growing my career as a wedding photographer. I enjoy those serendipity moments and those genuinely heartwarming feelings that come along when we embrace life this way! So one year ago I met Alice, while exhibiting at an Italian Wedding Fair. Her beautifully styled emerald green outfit and her sparkling energy caught my attention…soon after, we were sharing coffee treats and talking about collaborative ideas, which we brought to life on a range of recent wedding projects. I am totally fond of her wedding invitation designs and I think that the care she puts in each one of her pieces is just incredible! Today, I would like to share with you some of her marvellous work and tips, for your wedding in London, Italy or Worldwide!

Alice is a polyhedric artist, with a comprehensive background in fashion, graphic design, typography, theatre, dance and performances. Her extensive experience, coupled with an emphatic personality, a meticulous attention to details and a great taste in designing and producing handy crafts, turn each wedding stationery project into a unique masterpiece.

“After working for almost a decade as a graphic designer for a well known printing company here in Genoa, I have started my entrepreneurial journey by creating ModiComunicare, a digital communication agency offering graphic design solutions and a range of web related services. However, my innate passion for manual forms of Arts, made me delve deeper and eventually, open up to a new niche in my career, where I could release all my creativity in one project, by combining together my experience as a graphic designer and the manual touch, along with communicating a romantic, touching event like a wedding.
Soon after, Alice Wedding Art was born, offering a bespoke range of wedding stationery, designed and crafted by taking in consideration our wedding couples’ taste and their wedding theme.”

“My couples are both Italian and International, with a common thread: they are authentic couples who appreciate a bespoke approach to their wedding and seek for a high quality, personalised range of wedding accessories.
My role is up and foremost that of a wedding design consultant: I always carry out an initial chat with my couples and get to know their personalities, their story and the style chosen for their wedding. This will help me to interpretate their wishes and design the perfect stationery for their wedding. I usually make a few different initial versions and work with them throughout the making stages, from the concept to the choice of the materials and the fine touches. I often send them videos and updates of the work in progress, especially when they cannot meet me in person.”

“Although the most common request is the designing of wedding invites, we can offer a wide range of matching accessories: from ceremony essentials like the ceremony booklets and the petal cones to reception displays like the menu, the seating board, the name plates. But is our creative touches that really makes our stationery stand out from the crowd. I believe that even in our field, there is really no limit to one’s creativity! That is why no two of our products are the same. Among my favourites and the most peculiars, are the personalised sealing wax process, the hand calligraphy service and the Amalfi Paper, the latter being a special rustic white with irregular edges, to give that extra romantic touch to your wedding story.”
